When I was little I begged my parents to get TiVo. They always made me go to bed before my favorite TV shows came on and I really wanted to be able to watch the next day or on the weekends when I do not have as much homework. Finally they caved and they got TiVo. It was my favorite thing growing up. But as soon as I went to college it started to become more commonplace for people who watch tv online. When I came home my parents would always tell me that they TiVo to my favorite shows so that I could watch them without commercials. I felt bad because I had already watched all of my favorite TV shows with only a few commercials on the Internet. I do not want my parents note I didn’t appreciate the TiVo anymore so I just washed all of the shows over again with them.
